ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry and Register the FIR and 1/4
investigate the case and file a final report as per the order in Crl.M.P.No. 3304/2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli dt 6.2.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the direction given by the learned Magistrate the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed.
3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report. 20.04.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav 2/4
