respondent to second respondent to conduct Preliminary enquiry and Register the First Information Report and investigate the case and file a final report as per the order in Crl MP No.3306/2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1,Tiruchirapalli dated 06.02.2023

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the direction given by the learned Magistrate the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report. 20.04.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav 2/4
