JUDGMENT

This civil miscellaneous appeal has been filed to set aside the decreetal order, dated 14.10.2019 passed in G.W.O.P.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the first Additional District Judge, Madurai. 1/4

2.The respondent has filed the above said petition seeking appointment of himself as guardian of their child. That was allowed. Against which, this appeal has been preferred by the appellant. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both parties are present before this Court along with their counsels and stated that because of the death of their second child, now they joined together. The appellant is living in joint family along with the respondent. In view of the above said settlement between the parties and reunion, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. 4.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.06.2024 NCC :
