ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, (Rent Controller), Tirunelveli to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.49 of 2015 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.It is seen that both the parties have argued the case before the trial Court, but still the trial Court failed to pronounce the order. The petitioner is a temple and the temple property is in dispute.

4.Hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. The Registry is directed to send the order copy to the trial Court immediately.
