2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some words has been omitted in the order dated 16.09.2025. Accordingly, paragraph No.4 shall be replaced as follows:- ''4. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.36 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 cannot be set aside. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh application for bail before the concerned Court and if any such application is filed the learned Judge is directed to consider the same on the same day on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass any stringent conditions.
