ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of IPC in Crime No.33 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1, who is the husband of the petitioner (A2) had collected a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- with a false promise to secure job in Canada. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and she is the wife of A1, there shall be a direction to the police to follow the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS Act.

5.The petitioner is expected to co-operate during enquiry and to enable the respondent police to proceed further with the investigation. If the petitioner takes advantage of this order and doesn't co-operate during enquiry, it is left open to the 2/3

respondent police to proceed further in accordance with law. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
