Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned Resolution No.121 in G.O.(MS).No.267 dated 29.11.2019 of the second respondent and quash the same as it violates Article 14 of the Constitution of India, as devoid of merits and to direct the Respondent Nos.2 1/5

ORDER
The learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has withdrawn the Notification No.12/2019, dated 28.08.2019 & 04.10.2019 and the same was also informed to the Division Bench of this Court (Principal Seat) in W.A.No.812 of 2021.
2. The order in W.A.No.812 of 2021, dated 18.04.2024 is as follows. "Mr.Satish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the third appellant/ Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), has fairly stated before this Court that the recruitment notification in 2/5
Notification No.12 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board has been subsequently cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal.
2. Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the third appellant.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, CMP No.4534 of 2021 is closed."
