The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the respondents 2 and 4 to 8 by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in S.A.(MD)No.367 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Records perused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 2 and 4 to 8, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Madurai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 18.03.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 09.03.2026.

4. Post the matter on 18.03.2026.
