ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that his representation dated 14.09.2016 has not been considered by the respondent / Sub Registrar. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation has not been supported with any materials and therefore, a decision is yet to be taken on the petitioner's representation. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, along with supporting documents. On receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in 2/4
accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a further period of six months therefrom. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index :
