ORDER

The petitioner seeking patta has submitted a representation on 06.02.2017 and also filed this writ petition for issuance of a mandamus to consider the representation within a reasonable time. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 2/5

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has sought patta in respect of a water body and therefore, he is not entitled for any patta. He further submitted that though notice of enquiry was issued, the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry and has not substantiated his claim with any documents and therefore, they have not passed any orders on the representation of the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing a fresh notice of enquiry to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
