The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to remit the NABARD subsidy in the petitioner's account at State Bank of India, Karvazhi Branch on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
