Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of transfer of the 2nd respondent dated 21.07.2017 and the impugned relieving order of the 3rd respondent dated 21.07.2017 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue her service in the 3rd respondent school, till her retirement on 31.12.2017.
