[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19249 of 2013 dated 02.12.2013, this Contempt Petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court in respect of providing road facilities, street light facilities and drinking water facilities to Balaji Nagar, is complied with, however, in respect of providing underground drainage facility, it is under process and within a short period of time, the same will be completed.

3.The aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
