O R D E R
After submitting a representation dated 01.05.2025 for a survey of lands bearing Survey No.444/27 and 444/30, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon patta Nos.445 and 446 as evidence of the petitioner's rights in relation to the relevant property. In spite of requesting for a survey by remitting requisite fees, he states that action was not taken.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the survey would be conducted once the petitioner removes the Karuvelam trees on the property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trees would be removed within two weeks.

5. Respondents 3 to 5 are private parties. In the affidavit, it is stated that they are restricting the petitioner's use of the relevant property. In the circumstances, it is just and necessary that their objections be considered by the first and second respondents before taking action.

Accordingly, without making any observation on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the respondents 3 to 5 and any other owners of the neighbouring lands.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
