ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime 349 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail 1/3

by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.283 of 2023, 165 of 2023.

3. Even though the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, the conditions were not complied by them within the time stipulated, so, it was dismissed. They moved another application before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14193 of 2023, in which, liberty was granted to the petitioners to file proper application, seeking extension of time before the concerned Court. That was filed and later that was also dismissed. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the respondent Police or concerned Court and seek regular bail. There is no question of second anticipatory bail.
