ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaints and reminders, dated 18.09.2024, 01.11.2024, 06.11.2024, 19.08.2025 and 26.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 has been closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute and the parties were advised to seek remedy before the civil Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the apprehension of the petitioner that the respondents are taking action against the petitioner on the complaint of the respondent Nos.3 and 4, no longer exists. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
