COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions have been filed challenging the notice issued by the 4th respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti on the ground that he is not having any jurisdiction to issue notice. He further submits that the impugned notice was issued during the distribution of signals in analog mode and now, the signals are distributed only on digital mode. Therefore, there is no consequence on this impugned notice. Hence, he is not pressing these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16.11.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
