This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.57 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He is willing to close the proceedings with some direction. However, he requested the appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Trial Court.

3.The counsel appearing for the respondent not present today. 4.Documents perused. This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.57/2013 pending on the file of II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam. The case which was required to be questioned is filed in the II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate in the year 2013. This application is also filed in the same year. So it is proper to close this proceedings after giving some direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In the light of the above discussion, this Court is directed the II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, to dispose of C.C.No.57/2013 within a period of four months. Meanwhile, the appearance of the 2nd petitioner Tmt.Santha Ragavan and 3rd petitioner Tmt.Bhuma Venkatesan is dispensed with except for the purpose of framing charge if necessary, questioning under section 313 of Cr.P.C and at the time of pronouncing Judgment. Accordingly, this petition is closed and consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
