ORDER

This petition is filed to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner from his rental premises in Door No.7/45, Balakrishnapuram, Erumbadi Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District subject matter of the rental agreement dated 15.03.2000, at the instance of the 4th respondent.

W.P.(MD).No.13320 of 2017 2.On 18.02.2021, representation was made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that enquiry was conducted by the third respondent 18.07.2017 itself and the parties were advised to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy since it is a civil dispute. At that time, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the present position. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and according to him, the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be placed on record and the Court may pass appropriate orders.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
