PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the lands and provide patta in Survey No. 116B for an extent of 46.25 cents, Eastern West 31, South and North both sides 46 feet in total 1426 sq.ft in Keezhatheru, Perugamani, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2017 after receiving necessary charges from the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the lands in Survey No.116B for an extent of 46.25 cents, Eastern West 31, South and North both sides 46 feet in total 1426 sq.ft in Keezhatheru, Perugamani, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District and to grant patta in favour of the petitioner, considering her representation dated 08.07.2017.

2.Today(30.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents on the written instructions, which he has received from the Tahsildar, Srirangam submits that the lands in Survey No.116B, Perugamani Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District is classified as a 'Government Poramboke land' and the lands have been allotted to 37 landless poor people and patta was also issued to them.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
