PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for deliberate and willful disobedience of he order of this Court dated 19.03.2018 in W.A. (MD)No.1327 of 2016 amounting to contempt of court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents confirms that the direction under order dated 19.03.2018 in the respective writ appeals, as against which contempts have been alleged has been complied with.

Memos dated 25.09.2023 in respect of all contempt petitions have been filed by the learned Additional Government Pleader, copies of which have been supplied to Mr.A.Ajith Geethan, learned counsel for the contempt petitioners. The Memos are to the effect that pension proposal would be sent to the Office of the Accountant General 2/4

by 26.09.2023. This is recorded. Thereafter, it is for the contempt petitioners to move matters before the Office of the Accountant General and obtain benefits accordingly.
