The petitioner seeking a free house site patta has submitted a representation to the respondents and has filed this writ petition.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Srivilliputhur submits that the land in S.No.223/7A2A2 to an extent of 1.62.5 Ares is 2/5
classified as a pathway and there is no possibility of converting the same into natham land and to grant patta and he has also relied on the report of the Village Administrative Officer, Sammanthapuram. 4.In the event it is not possible for grant of patta, the respondents shall pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2015 on merits and communicate the same to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
