2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to receive and register the petition mentioned sale deed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has certain serious objections.

4. The second respondent cannot decline to receive the document. If according to the second respondent the document cannot be registered, the second respondent will have to issue refusal check slip containing reasons. 2/4
