PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent i.e., the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai, passed in his proceedings Moo.Mu.No. 2439/A1/2015 dated 17.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide compassionate ground appointment to the petitioner within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
