ORDER:- This Writ Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time For Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 26.10.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Presiding Officer, (I/C) Debts Recovery Tribunal Madurai, dated 20.01.2024, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in SARFAESI Application No.203 of 2023, this Court made the following order:- 1/3

Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 26.10.2023.
