2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEETHA.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19810 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19810 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15527 of 2022 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
