Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner wrote the petition mentioned examination on 28.12.2022. All that the petitioner wants is copy of his answer sheet. No exception can be taken to the said request.

3.The petitioner is permitted to submit a formal representation to the third respondent. On receipt thereof, the office of the third respondent shall make available the copy of the answer sheet to the writ petitioner immediately thereafter.

4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
