ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The petitioner has been suspended from membership of Boothapandi Bar Association, Kannyakumari and he has made a representation on 20.06.2025 that he be allowed to be continued as a member.

2. It is for the petitioner to pursue his request before the Bar Association and we are not inclined to consider the prayer of mandamus for a direction to be issued to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for intervention in this regard.

3. In such circumstances, and as nothing else survives in this 2/4

writ petition, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
