The learned Additional Government Pleader filed a status report stating that in compliance with the order of this Court, encroachment has been removed. He has also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1789/2019/A2, dated 14.11.2022, indicates that all the encroachments being removed, on 27.09.2019 at 11.00 p.m., in the presence of Firka Surveyor, Block Development Officer, Panchayat Secretary and Police Superintendent.
