The present writ petition has been filed for a certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Ne.Mu.No. 10783/2015/G5 dated 28.6.2017.

2. The learned counsel on both side agreed that the property in question is a common property. Therefore, the authority shall issue joint patta to the petitioner as well as the private respondent.
