JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court dated 17.11.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.20974 of 2022.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Appeal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that pending Writ Appeal, the 1st respondent has issued the proceedings dated 09.12.2022 in Proc.No.WL1/17261/2021. Therefore, this Writ Appeal has now become infructuous.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to file an appeal before the appropriate authority, if he is aggrieved by the said proceedings of the 1st respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
