This writ petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner at the instigation of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23/10/2023 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
