Heard Mr.V.Muthukamatchi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.K.Jayaselan, learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and Mr.G.Thiruvarutselvam, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.A7-2855-2017 dated 18.07.2017.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue had been amicably resolved outside of court and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. Recording the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
