... Contemnor / Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the Contemnor / respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13579 of 2024.
For Petitioner : Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar For Respondent : Mr.M.Siddharthan Additional Government Pleader 1/3
ORDER
I am satisfied that case of contempt has not been made out. One key has been given to the petitioner while the other key has been given to the fourth respondent / rival party.
2.The petitioner's grievance is that the Tahsildar has given the key not only in respect of temple but also temple property to the fourth respondent. This is different cause of action which will have to be worked out independently.
3.Granting liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
