ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned interview call letter issued by the first respondent dated 14.07.2017 and to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner under compassionate appointment.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has applied for appointment on compassionate ground. However, without considering his request, the first respondent has issued call letter to others for appointment and appointed other persons and they are working under the respondent Board. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
