PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2016 in the light of the recommendation made by the fourth respondent in the letter in Na.Ka.No.A3/345/2012, dated 29.11.2012 and disburse the vehicle loan to the petitioner within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse vehicle loan to the petitioner, in the light of the recommendation made by the fourth respondent in his letter in Na.Ka.No.A3/345/2012, dated 29.11.2012, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2016, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today(21.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
