This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2017. 2.As per the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is reported to be dead on 07.01.2019 and no steps were taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner.

3.Inspite of repeated adjournments, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
