ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.652 of 2021, dated 15.12.2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation in Crime No.652 of 2021, filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court, vide e-filing No. 124501/2022, dated 26.10.2022.
