This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1671 of 2017 dated 31.08.2017 and file the final report within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.1671 of 2017 and final report has also been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.

3. Mr.B.G.Selvakumar, S/o.Gothandaraman, Sub Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai City, Madurai has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
