This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 845 of 2019 dated 05.10.2019 and file the final report within the time limit as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in this case and also filed final report before the concerned court and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.
