ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned orders passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 10.07.2009 and the 1st respondent, dated 29.11.2013 r/w the order, dated 21.02.2017 and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioners.

2. Considering the fact that the impugned orders are already challenged by way of a suit in O.S.No.199 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Karur, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the parties to work out their remedy before the Civil Court.
