ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of her complaint dated 23.06.2025 on the ground that her complaint, which was registered in C.S.R.No.167 of 2025 was not enquired into properly by the fifth respondent and FIR was not registered.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the FIR has now been registered in Crime No.19/2025 on the file of the fifth respondent/Inspector of Police, All Woman Police Station, Anna Nagar.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court finds no reason to transfer the investigation. The fifth respondent shall conduct the investigation in an effective manner and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
