CRL OP(MD) No.19179 of 2019 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for the relief. 4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
