This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1, 2, and 4 to register the compliant of the petitioner by the sixth respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and the result of the enquiry would be communicated to the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent police, it is 3/6
open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
