[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.6062 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for non-compliance of the interim order passed by this Court W.P.(MD)No.6062 of 2019, dated 14.03.2019. Thereafter, by order dated 26.03.2019 this Court, has dismissed the said Writ Petition. As against the dismissal of the said Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed a Special Leave Petition in Special Leave to Appeal (C)No.9761/2019, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and by order dated, 22.04.2019, the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the same. Hence, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition and therefore, this Contempt Petition may be closed.
