ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 05.11.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC., in Crime No.416 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case was registered in November 2018. A sum of Rs.2,49,030/-, the day proceeds of a TASMAC outlet was robbed by unnamed accused. The petitioner as part of the team that committed the robbery.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) points out that the petitioner is having two other case, apart from the case on hand.

4.Since the allegations made against the petitioner are fairly serious and they have a bearing on public order, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner herein.
