ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. G. Prabhu Rajadurai, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. E. Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Special Court for Trial of cases registered under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Srivilliputhur, as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13722 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15783 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Sessions Judge concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
