The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioners herein, who are in-laws of the defacto complainant, assaulted her and also criminally intimated her.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submits that since the petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant, they were released on station bail and hence, this petition is un necessary.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
