ORDER

The petitioner had filed this petition on the ground that he has been called for enquiry by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry and he has been harassed. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation to the first and second respondent on 07.11.2024 and thereafter too, harassment is continuing.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that case has been registered against the petitioner and one Muniyaraj, on 28.11.2024, in Crime No.409 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 329(2), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. NCC : Yes / No 29.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
