The legal heirs of the first defendant and the defendants 2 and 3 in O.S.No.7 of 2017 on the file of Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai has filed this appeal. There is a delay of 979 days in filing the appeal. The plaintiff seeks time to file counter. In fact, such time was sought on earlier time also.

2.We are satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay stands condoned.
